The Artist
“He was born in Korçë, Albania, on July 6, 1976, to Greek parents. Despite the difficulties posed by his Greek origin while living in the harsh reality of Albania, he grew up with Greek ideals and the Greek language.
At the age of 18, he moved to Tirana to study directing and visual arts. After graduating, he worked at Albanian Television for about 10 years, but in the end, entrepreneurship attracted him.
He is professionally engaged in the real estate sector. Today, he owns a real estate office in Tirana and Thessaloniki and is the owner of ‘Etel’s boutique hotel’ in Korçë.
His passion for painting and art began in the early years of his childhood and remains unchanged to this day. His inspiration comes mainly from the diversity of the urban landscape, reflecting the contrasts of his memories.
For years, he had the desire to present his works, and he finally realized it with outstanding success by exhibiting them at ‘Galerie Miró’. Thessaloniki, although not his birthplace, is his beloved city, while the Kalamaria area is where he mainly carries out his activities.
For this reason, he considers his participation in this year’s ‘Gallery Remezzo’ to be of great importance.
He thanks the ‘European Cultural Association Kalamaria-Kifisia’ for its support of his artistic creations.
The works to be exhibited belong to his collection for this year, 2024.
He is married to Jemira Kentpo, and they have two daughters, Etual and Elois.”
